Fast logout

Hey folks. I often have to do relog and you know every time i had to wait 20 sec. It makes no sense, would be nice if logout will take 5sec or something. To prevent abuse in rvr - fast logout if combat=0, moralepoints=0.

20 seconds period could still be abused to avoid players with a ooc timer

20s was the timer on live, and it's pretty common for most MMO's to have a logout timer. I have noticed however, if you've gone AFK it'll log you off immediately.

just Alt+F4 if you have the combat bug works for me
