In which chat? And if so, probably should be in Neon Pink or something and bolded / font 48, so people don't miss it(it was probably that white text, like for damage or what have you). Regardless, a warning or an announcement in the Launcher would be very welcome too.

In bright yellow as a server announcement. Not sure how you missed it unless you've intentionally filtered out server text.

Maybe it should be a window that pops up(the thing in the middle of the screen)? Nevermind, that's my mistake. I have another bug to report.

You should really put a "server going down" message across the screen. That's how MMOs usually do it and for a good reason. Good customer service and all.
