U Wot

Currently Black Orc's U Wot is an "i win" button:

1)For 20 sec grants bonuses that even morales do not grant:
+30% armor
+30% resistances
+15 parry/dodge/disrupt
+10% damage

2) It is a Buff, so it cannot be shattered/removed.

3) has a Cd of 30 sec, 25 when under Waagh/chop fasta

4)the laughable "drawback" 80% move speed for 10 sec can be removed by Juggernaut

5) requires not stance (all other same tier BO skills requires da' Best Plan)


Proposition is simple:
- remove "drawback"
- change into blessing
- cd 30 sec -> 60sec
- requires da' Best Plan / requires being below X % of HP

Or just change it into morale

While it will still be the strongest selfbuff (at least on tanks) it will have some counter-play

and you don't run it in Wb setups. It's strong yes, but serious Wb setups do not use it. Maybe solo etc, but no it's not an automatic ''I win button''.

It is "I win" in low sacle figths, with no input from bo side (no use of mechanics a-la bg/ib, no need to block/parry/deflect) or counter to it.
In 6v6 it is a free dd in a tank slot, without sacrificing anything (e.g. it removes Focused Offence drawback).
In city siege it can be used by tank Champ further buffing to unrealistic stats.

But as far as i can see there is no opposition to the change.

When this buff wins you anything? Imagine kiting the BO, which is usually 2h spec and rather squishy compared to both other destro tanks in 2h spec.

People claiming "U Wot" isn't useful must've never ran into Gurdd or Nooblit on a dark alleyway in Praag...

Jokes aside, it's a fantastic small man buff, could probably use some small consistent debuff (not just after use) or counterplay (like making it shatterable, etc.) - it is quite the unique buff to resists, defense, AND damage all in one package.
