"7 attacks in a sec" is normal if you have pet or abilities like WE witchbrew. Saddly that frenzy dont have toughness ignore and corp damage as witchbrew but i think its ok/ WE dont have armor and fair to ignore armor on victims.

dont sure about dead-nerf. WL feel good in SH meta but dont see any imbalance

two diffrent build in this movie. 1-3 with defensive talis and 3-1 with 2x defensive tactics (armor+regeneration) but with full strenght talis. If you wanna do burst 3-1 is better/ if you wanna kill 1 vs 1 hard enemy with many armors and toughness - 1-3 with WA and HaS is must have.
