The balance of power between someone just starting the game and someone who has invested hundreds of hours into a character is not the same. Your character grows with the time you invest into it. I'm not really sure what to make of your feedback, because it sounds like you want a parity-based pvp experience and that's not something WAR has ever offered.
Of course, I understand it perfectly. And I find that this is even positive at the end of the game, in T4.

On the other hand, what is the point of using your forces for lower thirds? Outside, to roll over your opponents without them being able to do anything about it. You don't have a challenge, you don't allow those opposite to have fun. it's a lose-lose relationship.

And that disgusts even those who would like to invest to feed the end of the game, in T4.

It's not a question of parity, but of just being able to play. Because in my opinion, being stuck 90% of the time at your camp is not the game.

Take it as feedback, you will incorporate it into your future reflections or not.

Did you came here to look for help or do you just want to vent?
It is supposed to be feedback you say but I have not seen enough information why you struggle.
You described level differences as being problematic, especially if fighting premades of a much higher rank in scenario.
For the most part this is no rank issue but a lack of coordination, grp setup and gear.

So, what do you want?
Dying is no option.

Want to vent, you say? Well if everyone let off steam with the same intensity that we find in my messages, the world would be all the better for it.

I invite you in return to put a little more form in your questioning and to reread me. The exchange was explicit enough that you found your information.

Bolster is perfectly fine starting at 20 imo.

I do agree that 16-19 is a different story but how long will you stay there ??

Bringing statements like
"The game experience for newbies is negative as soon as we come out of T1. In SC, the bolster 16-25 does not allow to have a balanced game with players 30-39."
sounds pretty much like like venting, because you didn't bother to present some background information.
If you was seeking help, you would rephrase your whole posting.
You would tell your class, ranks, gear and give specific details on where you struggle.
Plain statements like the one above are just true for your individual case, most likely because you are a new player and new players tend to make mistakes.
The bolster, if used properly, is sufficient for any class.
Dying is no option.

it's good to have your feedback. my friends and I have a different view on this boster. To provide more details, as I was kindly asked, we find that the upper 34-39 is really stronger.

In SCs you are probably getting stomped by people abusing XP reduction scrolls at peak of their bolster, which offers them a significant advantage, while they grind RR.

As far as the T2-4 merger goes that topic was talked to death several times over. Yes, it sucks to be on the short end of the stick, Yes, you don't have the tools to deal with any of it early on. No, It's not going to be reverted, because the team has previously gone on record to say they prefer the long campaign feel, map diversity and don't believe there is enough mid tier players to justify it.

Currently you probably have to zerg surf or do scenarios to get through leveling and up to decent gear. It's an obnoxious grind, but it is what it is.

It is NOT a "growing" server. Unless you use some weird version of a word "growing", in reality it's rather stagnant(with a slight decline). Because if it indeed was growing, Peon's video would've skyrocketed the population. From what I read, they needed to upgrade infrastructure to accommodate all the returning players, but they haven't actually done anything to keep them. Going vs premades, going vs better geared players, lousy PvE(mostly because lousy XP rate or rather due to how Classes are constructed...imagine if Mara got Monstrosity at level 20 or something...some classes really are designed like that) etc.

You need to work on NPE(New Player Experience), RoR guys. I'm personally satisfied just by being in Warhammer, but 90% of the rest of population aren't. DO SOMETHING or you'z gonna bleed out players over time.

your precision reflects what we are currently experiencing. thank you for this clarification. if indeed the number of players is not sufficient, I can understand why the grouping of level brackets was made and its consequences. afterwards, why not have separated the last 5 levels from the others? do you remember what was said?
