The balance of power between someone just starting the game and someone who has invested hundreds of hours into a character is not the same. Your character grows with the time you invest into it. I'm not really sure what to make of your feedback, because it sounds like you want a parity-based pvp experience and that's not something WAR has ever offered.
On the other hand, what is the point of using your forces for lower thirds? Outside, to roll over your opponents without them being able to do anything about it. You don't have a challenge, you don't allow those opposite to have fun. it's a lose-lose relationship.
And that disgusts even those who would like to invest to feed the end of the game, in T4.
It's not a question of parity, but of just being able to play. Because in my opinion, being stuck 90% of the time at your camp is not the game.
Take it as feedback, you will incorporate it into your future reflections or not.
