Is it really that difficult to change tooltips?

Honest question.

The Chosen tactic "Destined for Victory" shows the proper change to 250 morale pumped (from 200) yet the time out is still showing improperly at 3 seconds instead of 10.


Likewise, among other abilities, "Hold the Line" was patched a while ago to apply 5% ranged damage reduction, stacking up to 3 times. Does anyone know if this is still the case and the tooltip is wrong? Or is the tooltip correct?


I guess what I'm getting at is...... is it really that hard to properly clean up the tooltips to where they do what they say? I don't code so I am genuinely asking the question. No sarcasm.

Would be nice to have a thread or something documenting all the tooltips that need "cleaning up" so the devs could easily identify and change them, if it is possible.
