you all act like Black Orc was born with CDR.
like never have played BO without CDR.
never have formed wb without it.

guess i have to cast dispell on you.
there was time when BO didn't have CDR
and still prosper.
at that times BO were invited for morale pump, aoe snare(?) and basic tank jobs.
well, snb dps spec helped getting wb slot though that's another balance issue.

ask grandpa BO how was that time.
they lived without it.

ps. it's not perfect. need a lot of tests.
so stop whining and go test.
like SM ww interrupt is unnecessary.

Yes my friend but now we have no more 40% aoe snare and CDR Buff. We just have a nerfed version of our morale pump. An btw I started play BO with ror and with the CDR so i didn't know the time without it.

I would have literally been happy if they restored Big Brawlin to its previous state with 40% snare. Instead we just got a kick in the Jibblies...

for the 86th time now, many BO are not bothered that CDR was lost but that all that was taken beforehand was not returned, like big brawlin and snb off spec. also the active BO thread is a pretty pragmatic discussion with even some input from devs. i don't know what good you thought making this thread would do

I still dont get why Choppa still got CDR but BO lost it. Common sense tells me if Order got CDR on a tank which let it pair with any dps + heal combo, then Destro should have same possibility - to pair CDR with any dps + heal combo.

hmm 40 page of patchnote post seemed very much bothered with CDR loss.
from noobs to wb leaders.

when time went back to ww1 you need that advice.
no doubt it's hard times.
but morale is global change.
test new toys. who knows what will happen.

wargrimnir has pretty much confirmed that no concessions will be made for the loss of cdr whilst implying that a future knight/chosen re-balance will make all other tanks more viable. maybe a bo buffing resists/armour/ws and toughness will be useful enough for now and will allow chosen to drop two common auras. some people will remain upset whilst they adjust but it will pass at it always does, patch note threads containing major balance changes are always heated

Yes, but BO had THC on Snb, full morale pump, and 100%uptime aoe snare. Losing CDR didn't put them back to where they were.
