[7 sov bonus] mdps

Hello.
These days, almost no one playing with mdps classes uses the 7 sov bonus.
The +7% CTBC proc debuff on target definitely doesn't convince anyone to give up mixing sets.
This proc should be changed to what SH has for example.
+9% Crit chance / +12% Critical dmg buff proc.
Then 7 parts sov would be an alternative to mixing sets.
Just the fact that it would be a buff and not a target debuff would change a lot.
Currently even if 7 sov proc works you have to wait again for it to run when changing targets.

It's a tradeoff to me ; you can help your entire realm by debuffing enemies, while a buff on you will only help yourself.

Anyway it's still weak, especially considering 4 pcs Triumphant / Victorious procs for many classes (RP/AM/WH and their mirrors, amongst others) wich are far superior to the 7pc Sov ones.

The Sov buffs/procs from 7pcs are worse then say 4pcs Vanq or 4pcs Triumph and Sov and to some degree Warlord is suppose to be the best, the "end game" gear.

This is omething that bothered me since they was released, so bad procs its beyond reason. They really should make them more appealing so ppl have something to look forward to, to enjoy there end game gear, not go back back to older (weaker gear) for better procs.
