Can anyone advise me how to gear my WP? I'm more focussed on DPS and not healing. But I want to tank damage as well as I die quickly even though I do lots of damage.

I want to find a good balance between damage and survivability.

So should my focus be like strength>toughness>armor>wounds>resists? like which order of importance are the dif attributes?

Or if a wp could let me know their builds for solo pvp and group pvp.

Any hints would be welcome!

As dps go for strength. There isnt that much gear in game so there isnt actually choice what to wear in what situation. Just try to find pieces of gear with strength as your primary stat.

Remember even with your chanelled self-heal you will die easily when focused so try to avoid being gangbanged by multiple destro. Use detaunt. WP isnt one man army. Sure you can beat the crap out of multiple low lvls with horrible gear but once you are surrounded by equally geared dps you will burn.

Even as dps WP is important to watch the flow of battle. In pug let the tank jump in the middle of enemies and charge once they are focusing him. Sometimes players are so occupied by hitting tank's shield you wont get much dmg. Watch the flow of the battle, if u see you are taking tons of dmg and recieve little to no support, try to gtfo if possible unless your death is meaningful.

Yes very; especially since weapon skill dosnt work in RoR

I was watching xaun, github and skuzz test things using duel and stacking weapon skill didn’t increase damage so I don’t think ws works yet so the only real counter to tough stacking dosnt work.

Also why is this in guild sub and not general discussion

I am no expert when it comes down to WP but I would consider trying the Path of Grace for tactic Greave of Sigmar - with that tactic your Sigmar Fist would not only increase your strength but also increase your toughness and debuff your enemy toughness and strength.

At lvl 20 you have to slot Divine Fury tactic and no idea if AA haste tactic is better than Greave of Sigmar. Ask some experienced WP players

Are you going to play in a guild group? Or are you more a solo healer who joins scs?

If you have the problem dying too fast, i can also drop the small hint that 1 or 2 Init jewels can lower the critchance for quite some %s

I would forget wrath entirely and go grace.

grace has the damage, and if you use yourself as the defensive target then you'll be healing yorself with the damage you deal.

of course, you have no "dash" ability, so RDPS can kite you easily. Your damage will allways be average at best. Tanks will walk through your damage. and one on one most MPDS will burn you way quicker than you can keep up with.

There were very few melee priests on live, and very few lasted. There were some that made it work, but they usually ran guild groups.

Compared with how good we we as backline healers it just wasnt worth it.
