Aoe cleanse suggestion

Since SW have stackable AOE dot - can you give destro healers AOE cleanse that works on everyone within 20ft from your target. Maybe give it only to gobbos and tie it to Scrub Ya Good tactic.

That's only for group. I'd like to have a cleanse that works on everyone within 20 ft no matter if they are in your group/wb.
