Liniment of Unfettered Zeal
This lini offers a bonus to Strength and healing power. Not a lot of classes can use that combo besides melee healers. Can someone confirm that healing power improves lifetaps?

Nope, healing power doesnt increase lifetaps, wich are only calculated on how much unmitigated (final) damage was inflicted.
