Hi
The lag in forts is awesome... is not possible do nothing in push.
My suggestion is decrease the population of fortress too 100 attackers and 85 defenders. I think this will improve the lag, and we can fill the fortress with only level 40 (a level 39- really don't need invaders.)

Re: Decrease the population in forts
disable all effects and lag is fixed
Re: Decrease the population in forts
Names/Titles/Guilds too. It's the biggest culprit besides skill effects.
Re: Decrease the population in forts
Then your CPU is lacking, with so many players on screen. Some effects are just visually turned off, when you use the normal graphic settings. There is an option to turn off effects clientside, which might be worth a try.
You don't want t3 chars to earn soldier medallions in fort? With bolster they can do their job just fine. r40 already have priority but they have to contribute.
Dying is no option.
Re: Decrease the population in forts
My CPU is ok... i can run a lot of games in maximum settings without problem (Warhammer Total War), Blender and 3d Design programs. But it dies in fortsSulorie wrote: Sat Dec 18, 2021 1:40 pmThen your CPU is lacking, with so many players on screen. my 5600x doing just fine even with 66 addons enabled, before entering fort i change to fastest framerate, play 3440x1440 and i got stutters only when characters loads up (like after a wipe everybody rush in to inner main and all 100+ chars shows up in close range)
Re: Decrease the population in forts
Sounds like a addon issue, worth a try to test with a install with no addons at allKpi wrote: Sat Dec 18, 2021 1:47 pmMy CPU is ok... i can run a lot of games in maximum settings without problem (Warhammer Total War), Blender and 3d Design programs. But, yesterday in a fort, like 20 people disconected from server when the attackers push, and it is a commom problem for all players, not only me
I just format my PC, no addons (only enemy and sequencer)Acidic wrote: Sat Dec 18, 2021 2:40 pmSounds like a addon issue, worth a try to test with a install with no addons at allKpi wrote: Sat Dec 18, 2021 1:47 pmMy CPU is ok... i can run a lot of games in maximum settings without problem (Warhammer Total War), Blender and 3d Design programs.
