First of all, how you even compare WoW and Warhammer, WoW has no Open World PvP with zones focused on RvR Campaign, all it has that does in similar PvP scale is Battlegrounds and Arenas.
Second of all, have you ever checked WoW server pupulations ? There is no single server that is actually balanced, all servers are in huge favor of one of the Realm.

Imposing numbers limits on zones and stopping xrealming would make the game more competitive and stop the 1 sided faceroll. Would also bring back loyalty to your faction and not yourself which is more true to the heart of the game. So many Order are now simply going destro or logging out in CET GMT time to play other stuff, which is just making the issue worse.
What you described is actually happening right now, original destro players plays their destro characters and thats why you have current situation...
