Guild Banners working, questions

Hello Community,

as mentioned on the first page and as I see yesterday in the guild screen the Banners seem to work. Sort of.
You can buy Tactics, which doesn't work at the moment. No Problem on that.

Also you can't buy Standards at the moment, right?

Also it says you can assign Guild Art. My Guild the Bitterstone Thunderers is only at lvl 7 at the moment.
So someone with a higher rank can maybe tell me what is working at the moment.

1: Can you assign custom heraldry and colors yet? When yes at what lvl? Hammer Wiki says lvl 10.

2: Is there a guild max lvl at the moment?

3: Any Idea when you can buy banners?

You can check the rewards for each level in the guild window.
Guild level cap is 10 atm (probably to prevent huge guilds leveling too fast to level 40).

Pretty sure none of this is in game yet, I was able to purchase a tactic earlier as well.

If one of the devs reads this, are any guild related changes in the works / coming out soon?

Would be nice to have Alliances, banners, and a guild hall working.
