Add Stalwart Soulstone for Royal Crest

Why should bis items be easier available? It's not like you need them to compete in pvp. The point of the best items is to invest some time. Playing casually with minimal effort and wanting bis items doesn't even fit together.
If you set a crest cost to obtain the talismans, it would have to be high or long time players, sitting on a pile of useless crests can buy them no matter what and less people play the content originally made for it. Eventually they run out of crests, so we are back at start, where you have to do PvE/ranked.
If it is too high, casuals can't buy it anyway, so no advantage here.
We could argue it gets implemented as a currency drain, be at some point the royal crests just pile up.

On the other hand Omegas has a point, the talismans are tied to content, where you get jewels to slot them.
