Add a feature on the web page to change character names.

Title says it all. Could a feature be developed to allow plays to either change directly or raise requests to change their character name on the server database?

Want to know if this is feasible or could break things.

Would be very beneficial.

Yep, it would be possible, but it would be one more thing to manage.

The best would be a ticket system, with 1 name change allowed per account maybe, to avoid to be flooded by that. But in this case, a staff member should have to accept username or not.

I'm not sure it's not DB secured, but i think we won't have the time do developp and maintain that.
BTW, i'm not DB dev, or even game dev, so it's maybe not safe for the DB. oO
