[Suggestion] Add RvR channel and Trade channel

All is on the subject an /2 RvR and /3 Trade channels will be welcome because its quiet difficult to see the RvR in Advice or /say so the warband leader can lead all other peoples outside the warband and for a lot of trader "spam" a trade channel will be good to so the advice channel will be more easiest for new peoples ,questions, problems etc !

Tier/Region would be great for RVR

+ A Tier RVR Channel, Unlocked at certain Levels, would do some good to reduce the Advice Channel of non-advice seeking chatter. And could in theory bring more coordination for a wider range of Pugs wandering the Lakes.
+ Some sort of Trade Channel would allow some players who could be annoyed by Item Sale spam in Advice to block said Channel. And help players trade more decisively.

And for the premade party guild its nice to ! We can make more strategic things taking BO when the warband def keep etc etc so the RvR is really usefull !
