I posted this in the "Balance suggestions" Forum, but i would like to recieve player feedback on the idea as well, please give feedback. Sorry again for the "double post" of this in 2 seperate sections.
A while ago BO had its group cooldown reduction ability (Waaaagh!!!) removed, and only choppa has this ability now, even though this ability is on swordmaster for order. i think an easy fix to make BO widely valued in a WB again would be to give the ability back to BO, and remove it from choppa instead.
You can then replace Chop fasta on Choppa with inevitable doom so that its not missing that big aoe damage ability that only order has (can NERF the value of the new equivalent of ID since gtdc is also aoe damage to make it equivelent or so).
I think this would please both BOs and Choppas who complain about both of these abilities (even though it would potentially nerf the value of choppa overall), personally this would not effect me at all just tired of seeing playerbase complain about these things so i figured id create a suggestion.

From my point of view both classes, the Slayer and the Choppa, are currently overperforming. There is a reason you can see that many of them.
Regarding the Slayer the damage is waay over the top. They seem to outdamage other classes by a large amount. However, some other Order classes in comparisson seem to lack damage a lot. Slayer is the backbone of the Order side. If you bring Slayers down then you GOTTA bring some other Order classes up, otherwise it would just be devastating for the Order side.
Regarding the Choppa, the GTDC ability is a hell of an annoyance and overperforming as well. It is the main reason Order starts running that fast when Destro comes closer. With the charge they have and the game lag it is very easy to pull people in from distance and that is usually a death sentence. Warband that have multiple choppas suck people in like a vacuum cleaner and you can't do anything about it. Damage wise I don't see a problem with Choppas. The good Choppas are doing very well. If you want more damage then use the class synergies.

But, BO is not the only class that is lacking and while BO can still do an incredible job as tank - which is their actual role - their are classes that cannot fulfill their role to that degree. BO never needed this ability but it made BO very powerful, and what they have now is LOL level stuff when comparing to GRP CD-Reducer so they need something. Easy solution is to remove Tree Hit Combo 2h requirement. Or to add Tactic that makes BO's 50% Resistant to Knockbacks and changes Big Swing to Single target KB at least IB level.
With both SnB THC and Passable KB whilst being a bit more resistant to KB's would give them Unique role/spot.
Changin Not in Da Face to have this effect as well 'Defensive target CD-Reducer for 10 seconds by 5 seconds' Would also add interesting effect to have Single Target CD redu/CD Increaser on same skill, but single target doesnt make it too OP.

For the last topic you said, it isnt really on part with anything i said, obviously other classes have specs that need fixed and stuff such as dps RP, Zealot, BG, IB, but im not here to suggest fixing the entire build/class list, im just suggesting a simple fix that would decrease the necessity of choppas (but still need them for the GTDC) and give a reason for WBs to want to run more BOs for the utility of CD reduction(because currently an organized wb wants a MINIMUM of 4 chosens), as per order with SM having it.

order IS slayer... every other dps outside of bw in some situations is a straight up liability. its always been the case that orders magic comp of slayer/kotb/wp/rp has been stronger than anything des has, but that des is better at rolling with whatever they have because all classes are largely viable
sw is a free kill, engi an "also ran," wl just doesnt fill the well rounded survivable mdps role that mara does. to nerf slayer you have to buff those 3 classes
gtdc is also annoying but choppa would need something very good in return. i also like this whole BO anti cc idea, poor bugger needs something

The cooldown reducer move from BO to Choppa was actually a buff for destro. Now they can get rid of the BO tank and take the stronger Chosen and BG while still having the cooldown reducer.
Bottom line is: some classes are jack of all trades while others are not worth taking into a group. Im not a fan of that.

Just my opinion, but choppas complaining about chop fasta are self focused morons... the 20 second is a pleasure, as one who plays shaman and AM as well, the 10 extra seconds are a pleasure for healing and cleansing, and the possibility to have two choppas (40 sec cooldown reduce!), is a big advantage, for two SM in a group is not the best move (and would have only 20 sec as well)ReBiff wrote: Sun May 01, 2022 5:30 am I posted this in the "Balance suggestions" Forum, but i would like to recieve player feedback on the idea as well, please give feedback. Yep, sounds like a pretty good idea to me. Only problem is then SnB BG would go back to their old position of being the 3rd choice tank.
