IC/Alt: Special Accessory Vendor

There was a special accessory vendor at every capital in the ol' days, but was only available for those who got tokens via Origin (gah!). Is it possible to re-use this type of vendor so that players can change their look again if they want to change it? Like through payment of silver coins or any other type of currency - such as medallions?

What does the forum people say?

The vendors gave trophy's via bestial tokens earned through tome unlocks the appearance change took currency after purchasing 100 renown patch or buying extra from store.

It could be reused now for those who want to change their apperance for just a few silver coins? I regret my piercings for example.
