Improved Clarity suggestion

The 4 piece triumphant set bonus proc, Improved Clarity, gets consumed by auto attacks. This greatly devalues the set bonus, as people would want to use the proc for their hardest hitting ability, and never an auto attack. Looking at the tooltip again it states that it will be consumed by the next ability, so this interaction with auto attacks might not even be intended.
