Proposal: Remove guild requirement for spawning a ram.
Why: If this is to stop Joe Noob spawning a dozen rams, it seems like it is taking a hammer to crack a nut.

Proposal, join a guild. You don't have to interact with the people in it, just join one and voila, ram. It's to stop noobs spawning rams but to also give guilds priority in spawning it as that usually means the guild is there in force and can coordinate and support a siege (plus it's a reward for leveling a guild and working with other ppl). Just what RoR needs - to make more faux pas of modern MMOs and encourage more gameplay routes that skirt grouping in favour of individuality, always ends well
