Revert sc war crest change or change surrender timer.

I don't see how this change helps anyone besides pulling the ladder up behind the players that already have BiS.

Most people either aren't aware of the change or already have BiS/don't care and will still surrender at the 11min mark usually resulting in 1 war crest for most games. RvR crest rewards suck due to rng and sc's were the only reliable and steady way of grinding the ridiculous amount of crests needed.

At the very least extend the timer before a surrender vote is possible to reflect the 6minute war crest change.

I don't feel like playing every single sc premade and destruction has a clear problem with surrendering after the first death so it's pretty much killed my motivation to play during the final push for sov.
