Add a LF Duel channel to the RoR discord + weekly quest to Garden of Qu'aph

As the title says, add a LF Duel channel to the discord. Solo roaming trying to get a 1v1 in the lakes is totally futile most of the time with the constant stealth gankers and roaming groups that gank every solo roamer in sight. Then if by some miracle you do find a 1v1, you have to deal with players from both sides interrupting.

With a LF Dual discord channel people can arrange duels and organise dedicated dueling zones in uncontested lakes or Garden of Qu'aph. Being able to go to an uncontested zone and have respectful duels or watch others duel is definitely something from live that is missing in RoR.

*EDIT* bumping this post and adding the idea of a weekly quest to the Garden of Qu'aph. This would be a weekly repeatable quest in the same vain as the guild coin or pve dungeon quests. Could give a unique reward that's useful for dueling like a 7d regen item or something. Garden of Qu'aph is dead content at this point and this may give people a reason to actually go there.
