Sure but befor that remove choppa and mara pulls.
It is unbelievable that the faction with superior kiting abilities has the superior pulls too...

No problem with that. Without Rampage, Order would lose one of their OP crutches and Destro Tanks would suddenly fill a role again against Slayer trains.

MSH isn't a morale, SM is. Is that enough? Why destro has 2 pulls and 2 pounces? That should be the biggest problem here. Unbalance is biggest in destruction favor.
SM is not mirror to sh, sw is (not a direct mirror) and sw has leap.

SW has no leap. Shadowstep does not work with height difference, unlike SH pounce.

It works now, but distance is too short and it moves you near target, not on target or behind. So you can jump on wall only if wall really low, target stands little bit away from edge and you have LOS. Not really usable.
