increase XP from 15-40 ?

I feel like its almost too easy to get to 40, just run scenarios that's the best way to level xp and renown. RvR is for if you want to collect war crests instead of level fast.

lvling cr is too fast imo if anything xp should be lowered or rr gain to be higher. when cr40 you should be at least rr45 or even 50 otherwise you will have a really bad time in the lakes due to lack of proper gear

To get the appropriate rr until r40 you have to avoid SC, which is pretty sad.
Fast leveling devaluates earning and enhancing gear, because you out-rank your items too soon.
You tend to save your talismans because you drop the current gear in some hours.

What's appropriate rr at cr40 to you? +50? +60?

10% PvE+quests, 10% rvr, 80% SC gets you to R40-50 easy, which unless you are trying to skip dungeons and go straight into +R55-70 pvp gear is totally fine.

I don't see problem with XP. You can always have far battle on mid tier scs or join wbs. Renown also works well and if you make the road to 40 right, you may reach 40 with rr 50+ wich will grant you to wear conqueror ward+. If you're good enough, you can reach 40 with rr 60 and just make Gunbad to get red-eye set to unlock the vanquisher set.

If you think being under 40 is bad, then never try to make a endgame sc wearing anihilator.

My friends play a heal and a tank, perhaps they are bad XD But they got 1 Sc every 30 min and losing it by so far fighting only premade 13-15 XD
