Shadow Warrior - Take Down

Hi,
I've not found any info about this in the forums, so I wanted to ask if it's intended that "take down" is not knocking down the enemies when the shadow warrior is in vengeful state or if it's a bug.

WAR wiki is outdated and has skills that were later on changed in game updates, use this website for the most up-to-date builder.

Oh so it was nerfed after I left WAR.. shame. Last time I played this combo was working :(
