For meta play yes. When it comes to abilities which are used in a similar way like chosen/kotb punt it is very similar, the ability is useless (almost) without the tactic equipped.

We've actually had a buff! With aoe snares being reduced to 30%/5sec across the board having access to as many as possible will be important for controlling movement in RvR. With the change to Big Brawlin’ we actually have a use in a warband again beyond just guard bot. The cooldown could maybe be lowered as it requires a tactic slot but it's still a positive change.

Nope, it messes up how you did play the class (mechanic) at the highest level (SnB and 2h). It is a dead horse lets not beat it more. Glck you BO:s

That might be the first patch that is overall an improvement to the game ive seen. Now, to avoid praising anyone too hard, some changes (especially to morale abilities) are clearly made to remind everyone that there is a fair share of randomness involved in every balance decision that is made.
RoR doesnt deserve being taken seriously.

Waaaagh getting fixed, as well as Get 'Em and Shut Yer Face Buffs for BO are nice.
Buff to Juggernaut is a welcome change, since playing a tank was pretty much being slowed to a crawl 24/7 in big fights before.
Together with the Aoe Snare nerfs across the board, it might be a bit much though...i could see tanks being rather oppressive.
That being said, the change to Big Brawlin' still has me scratching my head a bit, 20 second cooldown for a 30% aoe snare seems a tad long. But since aoe snares got hit across the board, it is part of the general balancing decision.
We shall see how this all works out.

Changes to snares across the board are fair enough but big brawling has a build time debuff that will go from current 100% uptime to max 25%, so it's an additional nerf to this tactic. It's only fair for that effect to be increased then imo.

Stoutness of Stone is a huge nerf to our best Dawi Tactic, really dont like it but u are doing stuff so we see
I do like the CC reduction, maybe should lookt at Solar Flare aswell and Run Away Tactic then
