Remove XP from dungeons / make the scroll 100% of XP from dungeons.
And let people shatter their own Rested buff.
I don't know how many groups I've skipped in the last month where the only char I have that could use dungeon gear is some lvl35 healer or whatever but I'm not joining anything where I am forced to earn xp.
