Server status: Up or Down?

The server is now online, but the login server seems off, I cant get to char select. I get login timeout every time.

What is goin'on since this morning ? I've tryed to connect but nothing, i made a topic and it was immediately closed saying " PROBLEM SOLVED " . No guys it's not solved at all and many hours are gone LOL
