This can range from Abilities/Bo's/RvR/Anything and lets try to explain why it works(in my head) and if me or anyone else is "Wrong" Explain why you think so. I think that adding 9aoe cap is a great thing but i do think it needs 50% aoe HD and if not removing morale dmg cap, Change it to start after 4000hp instead of 2400hp. which is close to 50% Wounds of average lvl 40. Potions off GCD and maybe even Detaunt/Taunt/Morale/Shatter etc and Cleanse.

I think we also need to bring Stronger CC back like 5s stagger is a great example, not too much but not too little either. When GCD is 1.5s instead of 1.15s. This favours everyone who casts 1.5s and over. RoR is definetely more to the defensive side instead of offensive side. Bring back "Broken Synergy" now that aoe cap is 9. This is also imo reaason why something needs to be done to make morales more effective at killing a part of the blob!

Now that cap is 9 Sorc tactic Neverending Agony should stack With For The Witch King! Since now there is only one source of CDR. This takes 13pts BG ability + 11pts Sorc Tactic so both need to spec for them. This is exactly the time for "Broken Synergy" and its a positive thing i just like that description of it. 2 Classes working together + Tactics should stack with skills as has been always. Then there is Morale's on top of that stacking!

I dont know if it would be great or horrible for the game if Disorients worked on instant(melee)abilities again but its worth a try. 25% Disorient for instant skill could be 025s and 50% Disorient 05s and these would stack to max 075s cast time increase on instant abilities. If i remember right only Am Morale 2 Blinding Light has 1s Cast time increase for melee skills as well. "Broken Synergy" Added with Procs like 700 Armour on Cloak and its the same for Light and heavy Armour. And That Stacks with base 660 potion, and any Armour proc that is different from 700 so lets say 800Armour Stack so Three Stacks!

This is a bit over 2k Armour, but Those are 6s long Procs and its not a guarantee or even close that both are always on. After that If Ze/Rp Tactic 1600 Armour+10- Armour pen. After 3 Stacks even Tactic takes over the potion so its still 1k extra and there is morales after that as well. This is how it worked in Aor Live and this pattern can be found in Run Away Tactic+Odjira+Run Away From renown all stacked together, but remember everyone got Odjira and Run Away from renown;)

Now is the time to bring back Engi/Magus pulling people 75ft upwards as well, so keep/fort walls, Some warcamps if you are too close etc. These Skills hit 4-5 People so when the cap is 9 is perfect time. Same for Pouncing in air after KB! To keep walls and WL pet actually being on the wall with you and not bugged disappeared. Leonine Frenzy should do Critical dmg because 13pts skill and its pet path ability and pet is the crit mechanic for WL... SoD + Wb should crit as well, but Give Welfs some another good finisher, at least 50% AA dmg back with SS.

Giving old overlord/Imperator 2pc procs back! Giving Procs to rr38 rvr Influence wpns back! Give Taunt proc in 2h wpn to all tanks back! Give Critical rate/Critical dmg increase proc to everyone back, and much much more. I have too much to say so i should stop now and continue=)
