With the overall overhaul of Slow abilities, those two Morales got hit hard in terms of their Orvr Impact, now they are just a source of additional DMG, with little to no impact in terms of CC. While still the Am and Shammy puddle rain Supreme. Mby its time to make those abilities regain its Impact?
Haw to do it? I would suggest increasing the duration up to 6 sec with dmg interval of every 3 sec - (application - 3 sec, and 6 sec).
