I wrote it at the other topic but start with lowering the cooldiwn to 1 min instead of 2
1min would make more sense when you go full sets you lose tons of stats like ALOT.

Exactly, no dps ever seen in full sov or warlord. Sov was degraded by invader-ward sc-gear to hard. Statwise and Bonus-wise.
