Some suggestions for the gameflow

Hi, first I want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to play this gem of a game and providing us with events from time to time. I love it!

I play the game mostly on T1 RvR. It's my preference, so i just can tell you what i see on that part of the game.

Now to the suggestions:

- 1 or 2 years ago, you've given some npc's the ability to crowd control. I think that this was a mistake, because it really harms the gameflow. Most of us are here for PvP, and just quickly want to farm gear and crafting materials, or just want to levelgrind.

- The debuffs for dying are also non benefitial for the experience.

- The -75% XP Scrolls were a very good idea! But it would be awesome, if they were -100% XP, or you just could choose to stay at level 15. So players like me could keep their characters. EDIT: Maybe like the RR-Flask, that last for 3 days.

- I must admit, that i switch the realms on the fly. But just, because i prefer to play against the tide, to work on my playstyle. I like challenges. Now it isn't possible anymore, because you made the factionlock IP- and not account-related.

Well... that's it from my side. I wish you all a nice weekend!

twinking low level characters only leads to bored veterans effortlessly farming new players who are then more likely to quit. big no to that

Thats your way. But what would it harm? It's harder for Noobs to hit lvl 16 and go into RvR against a horde lvl 40/RR 80s. There are a lot of players enjoying the T1 RvR. You won't see them anyways.

What would it harm? It would harm new players by having them get farmed effortlessly in T1 zones. You'd basically just be moving "the pain" down from T2+ to T1. So as bw10 said, big no to that.

Permanent T1 characters is something I would eventually like to see, but it should be heavily regulated so as not to disrupt the new player experience.
In my eyes it would take both a low level cap & renown cap (5, 6 or 7) and probably either a complete halt on rolling for war crests or, alternatively, just making those characters unable to toggle the T1_mode off and progress to t2 onwards.
If those requirements are not met, you'll see a ton of people going to T1 for easy war crest farm/power fantasy fulfilment at the expense of actual new players.

The option to play T1 exclusively is also not considering the current situation of the dwindling population in T2+. We cannot really afford a lower pop there at the moment.

I understand...

T1 is already regulated. You are limited to reach RR 30 with lvl 15. A level 4 Player with grey and green gear get's massive Buffs, and is able to kill Players with the first PvP Sets, which are the only sets you can complete till lvl 15.

The Crest farming would be something to think about. But the Players still would have to reach the neccessary level to buy the gear. Or am i missing some details?

Kinda odd way to think there.. So its better to keep them playing boring content and quit once they burnout just because population? And nothings really preventing them currently for making T1 chars anyway or quit if they feel so.. And theres no point of twinking the chars unless you just want some placebo god mode feeling since any rank 17 bolstered SW/WH can make just clown out of you completely nude by 2-3 shots due bolster is the giga game maker there, instead the junk you have wasted your gold on  - Lock would only prevent back to back process of that 1-15 which they will do anyways once they reach 16.

I wouldn't say there is anything odd about wanting to encourage new players to enjoy T1.

How do you guys think about the Death Debuff? I think the gameplay has no benefits with it. If it were possible to patch it out, it would be positive perceived by the community.

Interesting, 4 bad suggestions is a single post.
