both sides premade, both sides blob, etc. there is no order this or destro that. just depends who is playing at the time and on which side. most premades you fighting are probably in reality not very good and could be beaten or gone even with if you make your own.
there is NO faction bias amongst developers or GMs or whatever. the game is not balanced or designed like that. to think otherwise is just placing blame on your own inadequacy. it simply does not exist. winrates, playrates, etc. tend to show this. on average it is a very 50/50 game. the perceived issues are usually entirely a player based thing about who is playing when/where. yes, it is true that sometimes there are 3 order premades are queueing and destro only have 1-2, maybe even 0 if you're really unlucky. but the opposite also happens just as often in fact.
it is rather infrequent that premades intentionally collude with one another to stack SCs as well, and if they do it's usually the noob-y ones that can only beat up on solo queue pugs but will instantly get destroyed by the real 6man groups out there if they ever faced them in a 6v6 or SC. the truly strong 6mans in fact will queue on the lesser side on purpose to avoid stacking with lesser premades and to get better fights and farm the lesser premades. i know these things for a fact because my entire RoR gameplay is playing SC/city/roam in coordinated environments where we intentionally "selfnerf" by playing in situations which are unfavorable. very large part of this is swapping back and forth to the outnumbered side for greater rewards and to intentionally go against greater enemy numbers to sharpen skills and prevail in 6v12, 12v24 situations in SCs or open world roaming.
solution: pull your shorts up, join a guild, make friends, make premades with those friends, increase your skill and knowledge of the game, meet new people by queueing up and having good fights, befriend them, play with them, establish a network. climb the ladder of skill/knowledge/networking. if you climb enough, you will never have these views again, you'll have plenty of people to play with and form your own premades/roam groups and you will be able to stomp almost anyone.
break the cycle, escape the noob-hell, create a better mentality for improvement, become stronger, win more.
