Hi there! First-time poster here. A cursory search didn't turn up a thread on this, so I figured I'd shoot my shot.
I love the look of Me Well Worn Pants on my Choppa, and the savage orc is such a good aesthetic in general (especially with the orcs' warpaint options) but I honestly find it unwearable while I have shoulders stapled to my bare torso. It spoils the whole silhouette, while a bare-backed orc looks so intimidating!
I think it would be so great to get a simple toggle or a cosmetic item that allows you to hide your pauldrons. There's already a mechanic in place for hiding helm and cape, so that should be fairly simple to implement (afaik). If it needs to be an item, the same vendors that sell other cosmetic equipment could stock it for a few gold.
I think adding this option to every career would be a good idea too. My Warrior-priest's pauldrons clip horrifically with half the helms I find. Plus, dropping the pauldrons is often the most effective way to create a more grounded, realistic RP outfit. Maybe it's too small a change to justify prompt attention, but it's a huge QOL return for what may be a small addition.
Would any other careers benefit from this addition? I haven't gotten far enough on any other characters to know of any more clipping or aesthetic clashes.

Shoulder pieces, like helmets, should be able to hide. Most simply are too bloody big and look dumb.
Re: Appearance - Hide Pauldrons
I would love to hide the shoulders, specially on my Choppa.

You are not the first to ask for this and I got a feeling you will not be the last ;(

Why would the Dev Powers be resistant to adding the option? I would think on a base level more choice is better than less. Further, if fashion-hammer is meaningful (which I think most would agree with), then the option should be added. Technically, if implemented, it would probably not be difficult to add a cosmetic itGeometry Dash Liteem or toggle to the game. This would not affect the gameplay too much but would bring great comfort and convenience to the player.

I completely agree—more customization options, especially for something as purely cosmetic as hiding pauldrons, seems like a no-brainer.Orontes wrote: ↑Mon Dec 02, 2024 4:39 pmWhy would the Dev Powers be resistant to adding the option? Re: Appearance - Hide Pauldrons
I was wanting exactly this for my IB. In KOTBS there is a RvR reward shoulder, I don't remember if it's t3... it simply has no appearance and when you put it in the appearance slot it leaves it as if it were missing! It would be an alternative for the Devs, just put a white item with no appearance.

Yeah I think the main issue with shoulders is that most of them are floating visually and there is a big disparity in fit between female and male versions - I can pretty much relate here that I'd also rather not want to play with shoulders on most female characters.
