The elders says(near 90 sl is here) - sl isn't good. None in risk-reward way 100%. The one of the most group and setup depended chars is working good only in Wb/wb+ format(there are not only wb/wb + content in this game, group types included) as mainly 50% inc hd(u will not inv wh for the same reason in your wb, willn't you?) for other dps - mainly wl. One of the most mortal dps in game as a debuffer in one type of group content. Sounds not good.

Reading all these comments tells me that basically all people want is slayer to be OP again if not stronger than it was. There should be pros and cons when playing each class and each class should offer a playstyle that appeals to players and fullfils a role within each group.

If Slayer has less damage, mobility, and survivability than WL, what is the pro to playing Slayer?

If you had read all the comments, you would see that they are saying that Slayer is redundant and has nearly all cons compared to WL or its counterpart on destro for that matter.

Nothing about the current Slayer playstyle appeals to player or fulfills a role within each group, other than Shatter Limbs being a good ability fairly unique to the class.

There is nothing appealing about playing a low damage DPS that has no survivability and dies instantly in melee and destro pulls spams, that is the point of the thread.

TLDR, Slayer is all glass no cannon.

So perhaps the issue is that WL is overperforming compared to slayer, and for that matter compared to mara? On destro side there is no problem of mara compared to choppa.

Nobody is asking for the Slayer to become the most powerful class in the game. The main issue is that the Slayer has lost all its appeal and is rightfully ignored by many players. It's time to make some changes so that this class becomes enjoyable and useful again.

slayers problem is not rampage, u can remove it altogether im fine with it, its the accuracy tactic(ADDED BY THE ROR DEVS), along with the weapon skill/parry change, which killed the class.

liked the read aswell, ppl saying SL still is good clearly dont play it. Its bottom 2 classes atm with Engi, Choppa down there aswell.

Intresting read tho, but its a dead class atm. Wasnt nerfed it was Gutted in 2024

i dont mind losing damage but we should get something in return for it - like more survival or utility etc.

Personally as a slayer fan im sick of dying every 3 seconds, would be nice to stay alive longer.
