Weapon skills suggestion

Make weapon skill gives parry strikethrough instead of block strikethrough, since previously weapon skills gave an increase in parry.

Block strikethrough is more useless.... Weapon skills are the second stat after strength for many DPS.

Would you swap the strikethrough parry from STR for WS?
Most dps have more STR than WS.

After all the changes I noticed even casters started to parry attacks sometimes

Becouse u cant debuff more then 50% enemy avoid. If he has 9% will have always 4,5% parry.
