^still broken? In the patch they claim they fixed some bugs but I haven't had time to try this yet.

The bug report that you raised ( https://bugs.returnofreckoning.com/view.php?id=22657 ) has a very clear answer - "Working as intended". So, I think it's a little much to bump this thread every few months asking if it's "fixed".

At least approach the issue in an appropriate way given the fact that it's been very clearly stated as intentional behavior - go open a new thread explaining why you think a change is necessary and why it'd be better if it stacked.

But let's not keep bumping this thread asking if the bug has been fixed when you're the person who literally raised the bug report and got told it wasn't a bug.

And to be clear, I'm on your side - I would love it to stack again. But if you care so much, at least go about achieving the change in the right way.

Hey, thanks for pointing out they asnwered to the report. I honestly didn't think about checking . Though, this hit me as really unexpected. What's the point of that tactic if it is "working as intended"? Also, as I stated in the OP, I checked in ALL the old patch notes and there is no mention of the change. So, unless I made a mistake while checking (whcih is entirely plausible) this is literally a ninja nerf, which is really sad.

It is most likely a fix during the new Ability Rework to make it in line with the tooltip and the normal stacking rules.

Unless stated in the tooltip, damaging/healing/absorbing over time abilities do not stack on the same target and from the same caster.

For example, you cannot put the same dot on the same same target twice, unless specified by the ability (see Mara's Rend or WE's Envenomed Blade). The same goes for Green Cleanin' that counts as an "ability" (tactic that affects an ability).
As such, the current behavior is correct. If it is underpowered, that is a topic of balancing.

I made a balance suggestion to bring back the previous iteration of the tactic, but I'm honest: I think they will not change it. It is clearly NOT working as inteded and yet it passed throug the "healer patch" untouched, so I guess the the team position on this matter is clear.

Without stacking the tactic is useless. If they keep non stacking rule they should keep the heal amount but compress it within 5 sec so to match cleanse cd. That way you could keep it up 100 % of the time without overlapping

Still makes no sense, you can decrease cleanse' CD to 3s with class mechanics

They should have made the tactic just part of the base ability (no stacking). No point in using now.

The tactic is really one of efficiency. With one gcd you cleanse, absorb, and hot; with ticks that can crit. The fact that it doesn't stack only affects Greenskin racial groups.

If you're cleansing on cool down even without the mechanic you're refreshing your own hot anyway. This is a non issue, imo. Cleanse someone else in that case if you're worried about maxing out.
