[WP] Divine Impact cast time
It seems to me that 2 seconds feels too slow, just in terms of sensation, especially as a melee character, and that 1.5sec would feel more appropriate

Additional feedback : the effect of Greave of Sigmar tactic should be implemented into Sigmar's Fist ability, as this ability feels rather pointless as its effect does not stack with STR potion, which you'll be using anyway, as Sigmar's Fist can be parried/block, preventing you from beneting from its effect, while your potion bonus is permanent. It also does not stack with STR bonus from KOTBS aura
As such, Sigmar's Fist currently does not feel worth a keybind, and Greave of Sigmar tactic in itself is not bad, but there are other tactics that are either mandatory or stronger, making it not possible to slot it anyway. So removing this tactic, implementing its effect into Sigmar's Feet, and creating a new stronger tactic as a replacement would be I think an improvement

Additional feedback :
- Hammer of Sigmar is too costly
- Divine Impact is a parry/block debuff, so you're supposed to use this at the beginning of a fight, except you can't because it has a 2sec cast, which makes it a situational ability.
Hammer of Sigmar should be adding stacks of reduced parry/block, then Divine Impact would work as a big finisher that would deal bonus damage based on how much stacks were applied with Hammer of Sigmar
- The healing you do with Divine Strike is way too low, you lack mobility and controls of other dps specs already, so being able to assist healing should be your way to make up for that, but you can't do that at all with a single target +300 heal on a 1.5sec gcd
