If i perfecly understand you th sm stacking resist debuff id a well know bug since 2022?

Iam sure its stacking on LIVE rn.

I just tested it again.
207 dmg 250 and 272 if both debuff activw.

Are you certain you are currently applying the larger debuff (Wrath of Hoeath) first?

Because if not, then the larger debuff will overwrite the smaller one and lead to a damage increase even if they are not stacking.

e.g. -252 and -378 (non stacking) = -378 which is higher than -252

Wrath of hoeth and heaven's blade is supposed to stack. It's one of the few allowed exceptions.

The rule being ability + tactic + morale all stacks.

When I stated live, I meant Warhammer online age of reckoning. Not pts server.

Heaven's blade and wrath of hoeth is supposed to stack by original mythic developers design. It's not a bug.

That's why I stated, I didn't know if RoR changed this. RoR likes to deviate from Warhammer online Age of reckoning a lot.

I have a guess on why it was designed like but... it goes against what the playbase's idea 's on balance are.

Unless it says so in the ability tooltip, it should not go against the usual stacking rules.
If it currently stacks (like the other commenter implied) then please bugreport it so that it can be made to no longer stack or, if it's intended to stack, for the tooltip to be updated.

it doesn't stack, larger debuff is applied (wrath of hoeth) like you said earlier
