Mara Pull Untouched???
Mara Pull Untouched???
In looking over the Melee DPS changes, I didn't see anything on Mara's pull. This ability states 20 to 65ft, but that has not been my experience. It regularly pulls from well beyond 65ft. Nothing on this?

Re: Mara Pull Untouched???
that is not pull only issue. Because all channeling skills tend to break too easy they add some tools to prevent that. One of these tools is further the range while channel. It works ok for most channels but for pull is understandably annoying feature. But if they revert that it will break so many channel abilities so meh.
May be the best option is to make casting pull stationary so that added range is somehow balanced out

I see. If that's the case, then maybe making it stationary as you said, is the best solution. I have been pulled countless times when I am much farther away than 65ft and as an AM, I have no defense (which is also annoying).Nameless wrote: Thu Dec 18, 2025 5:02 pm that is not pull only issue. You can interrupt it by hidding behind a tree, rock, terrain of different height, silence marauder or... disrupt TE.Orontes wrote: Thu Dec 18, 2025 9:25 pmI see. Re: Mara Pull Untouched???
after certain point from the cast it cant be stopped. And that works for all channels, ive done kills from range channel from miles away. It is just the code, but when comes to pulls is quite irritating being on receiving sideM0rw47h wrote: Thu Dec 18, 2025 9:35 pmYou can interrupt it by hidding behind a tree, rock, terrain of different height, silence marauder or... disrupt TE.Orontes wrote: Thu Dec 18, 2025 9:25 pmI see. Yeah kinda insane after people asking for literal years for this skill to be reworked.
Saw one guy today describe it as a 'high-risk, high-reward' skill and had to have a chuckle.
