[snb tanks] missing stats/proc

Hey.
I would like to ask again for additional equipment/talismans, mainly for snb tanks and others.

As an SNB tank, you sacrifice practically all your damage potential for the good of the party.
So, since I already have a shield, I would like to be as useful as possible to my group, because I no longer contribute as much as I did when I was a 2h damage supporter.

What I miss the most:
shield: x morale regen, x% damage reduction for party proc, 20% self speed buff proc
1h weapon: x morale regen
soulstone only for tanks: 54 fortitude

For all classes:
soulstone: 6/7 morale regen
special speed buff talisman for the shoe slot (like the old one, but with a 20% speed buff, for example)

We have an illogical situation where 2h tanks weapons have a speed buff proc and shields do not (maybe a weak fortress shield should get such a proc, just like 2h weapons).
