THE STATIC ROSTER APPROACH
Here's what sets us apart: we're building static rosters, not rotating membership.
Instead of showing up to random groups with different faces every night, you'll be part of a consistent core team. We schedule events together, coordinate our availability, and build genuine synergy over time. You learn your teammates' patterns. They learn yours. Shot-calling becomes intuitive. Positioning becomes second nature. Trust becomes automatic.
How Static Rosters Work:
→ Collaborative Scheduling - The roster collectively decides on event times that work for everyone. No rigid mandates, we find windows that fit our team's lives. The usual window we plan events in is 7PM to 10PM servertime.
→ Consistent Composition - You play with the same skilled, committed players week after week.
→ Balanced Roles - Warband composition is planned in advance, not scrambled together five minutes before the event. We strive to have tanks, healers, DPS covered.
→ Tactical Evolution - We refine strategies over time, learning from every engagement. What worked? What didn't? How do we adapt? This only happens with consistent rosters.

Because static rosters require genuine chemistry and mutual commitment, we use a 3-week mutual evaluation period to ensure the right fit for both you and us.

Q: What if I can't make every scheduled event?
Life happens. We understand. The key is communication and consistency. If you can make most roster events and communicate when you can't, we can work with that. What doesn't work is ghosting or unreliable attendance without notice.
Q: I'm low Renown Rank. Can I still apply?
Absolutely. We care more about mindset, teamwork, and willingness to learn than your current RR. If you're passionate about RvR and committed to improvement, you're welcome to apply. We'll help you grow.
Q: Do I really need to play both factions?
Yes. Playing both Destruction and Order is fundamental to our philosophy. It makes you a better player, gives tactical insights you can't get otherwise, and ensures you understand RvR from both perspectives. This is non-negotiable.
Q: What if I only want to play one role/career?
We strongly encourage multi-role development, but we understand some players have preferences. If you're willing to learn at least one additional archetype over time and show flexibility when the roster needs it, we can work with focused specialization. To clarify, this will not mean you will not be able to join if you only want to play one archetype.
Q: How large is your guild currently?
We prioritize quality over quantity. We're building a tight static roster of committed players rather than a large casual membership. Current size is less important than finding the right people to grow with.
Q: Do you do PvE content?
Yes. PvE serves multiple purposes: gear progression, gold farming, and roster bonding. We run chapter 22 and other PvE content as roster activities. It's not our primary focus, but it's part of the complete experience.
Q: What makes you different from other RvR guilds?
Static rosters with collaborative scheduling, dual-faction commitment, multi-role development, and continuous improvement culture. We're not a pickup group with tags. We're not a one-faction specialist guild. We're building coordinated excellence through consistent teamplay.
Q: Can my friend join too?
Of course! They'll go through the same trial process. We don't give special treatment even for referrals. It protects both the roster chemistry and your friendship. Better to know early if it's a fit.
