To be honest I think everything gone downhill since the ability rework (and GCD changes).
Instead of admitting the mistake DEVS keep doubling down and the result is a very boring, bland and uninteresting system.
If you'd revert to 1.4.8 with some tweaks on the glaring stuff, and start working from there, I'd be sold in a heartbeat, but pride and the time already spent wont ever allow for that to happen, would it?
Just my 2c. AMEN

Maybe it's time to admit that ROR isn't a PVP game anymore, but like many others MMO, it has that added feature. This way, developers can focus on PVE content, which they must enjoy because it's what they spend the most time on and are best at.
That at least honestly way to do with people

I had a dream. A dream, where some DPS Healer was not outshining in roam RvR a RDPS, cuz i'm hitting them like a wet nuddle due to detaunt mechanic all the time on my face.
Re: Everything wrong with the 03/04/26 Patch
3 developers spend time on pve, because its what they are assigned to do, those 3 have more time than other developers that is why you see faster pve content. Comes down to passion, assignments and free time. Plus pve has been given tools like moonsharp handlers for lua and a map editor that make it to where you do not need a C# coder to change things. RvR requires C# coders which none of the pve team are.Nikt wrote: Thu Apr 30, 2026 8:05 am Maybe it's time to admit that ROR isn't a PVP game anymore, but like many others MMO, it has that added feature. As we evolve more C# is being moved over to lua so in instances like Scenarios you may see faster movement as changes wont take the focus of others
