So if its a group game and everyone should be grouped, why do we need stealth at all? Take away stealth and leave just the instant stealth ability. They will be running with a group and wont need to wander around the map stealthed, but still have the instant stealth for the stealth synergy. I do not actually want this, but by your broken logic its reasonable.

Jeez, what are you guys discussing...stealth duration, damage in combination with stealth and bla bla bla...

A skilled, knowledgeable WE/WH will simply adapt to these style-influencing factors (as in, gameplay style).

Moreover, all those WHs/WEs can be outplayed by literally any class (well, 1 exception per faction is BW/Sorc but meh...an exception only proves the rule)

The f-en REAL problem is the ability of these stealthy guys & gals to reset any small scale fight at will & at ease, meaning a WE/WH would simply never die in 1v1 environment if they decide so (and be mindful of the dots ofc, which would affect the start point of the reset sequence). THAT is the problem and one of such kind, which simply cant be outplayed if a skilled, exped WE/WH doesnt let you.

I would argue duration is also an issue, but yes the second point to the original post as about this very thing.

You and I - we label things as an "issue" in a different manner it seems, still on the basis of their impact, but we consider an "issue" different levels of impact.

Whilst I'll refrain from talking what may be your perception of an impact severety - I'll mention whats mine.

For me - stealth duration may as well be infinite, i dont give a flying continental f and i barely care that I wont ever be able to be the fight initiator in that case (let them rat around in their stealth, whatever). Yeah, its a constant threat then, yeah it multiplies the risk factor significantly...yet still, whatever, as long as stealthy blokes & ladies can be outplayed in a fight - whatever.

An "issue" for me - is something which can't be outplayed if one faces a knowledgeable/exped/skilled (all combined in fact) WE/WH.
Capability for an at-will fight reset with a near-guaranteed success ("near" coz at times even the best players out there may make super noobish mistakes & may be forced to swallow that pill against being overconfident) - that cant be outplayed, and something which realistically has no counter-action, not even in rock-paper-scissors sense, but in fn GENERAL - well now thats an issue for me.
