My tests were based on around 20 attempts.
Where is the data then showcasing nerfed abilities then? Surely if you have "20 attempts" you have screenshots. There are no patch notes about any nerf in the hotfix, so how do you expect us to believe this without any data? Can't just say deal's 20% less dmg without ANY examples of what/how specific ability dmg values got nerfed, or if there was some bugged ability that did way more than it was suppose to do.
It’s complicated to get my point across hahaha. I’m not claiming anything, I’m just asking questions.

As has been mentioned several times in this thread, there was a small patch, and all I know is that since then, my rotation has been performing around 15–20% worse. That’s all.

How did you test that? On the dummy or just a feeling?

Sometimes you have weak enemies, sometimes tough ones. That could explain the difference in damage.

PS: for the things they have changed you have the formula in the patch notes. Like:
- Mutating Blue Fire: Initial damage changed from (674 + 1.0*DB) to (450 + 2.0*DB).

You can go to a dummy and check if it is really 450 + 2.0 * your magic damage bonus. Gotta be 40 and probably need full tree specced.

I know the damage range on the Construct by heart. I’ve been testing it since the PTS opened.

I don’t have recorded data, but I’ve run the tests under the exact same conditions, with the same buffs and the same sequence.

A 15–20% difference is significant. It’s not random variation or a misinterpretation.

Still sounds very strange. Exact ability performance you can check here https://war-abilityviewer.dalen.io/
If everything fits what described in patch notes then there is only tests per each ability is whats left to do. Could be bug or something, but you cant pinpoint it without doing actual tests.
Asking here is of no help unless someone copied old data from ability viewer or have some other custom data but chances that people will share it on forums are extremely low.
