Add higher level mobs

It's nice to see the server progressing, but right now, as far as I know, highest lvl mobs to kill are rats at T2 empire wc. While their level may be enough, their amount isn't as so many people tend to exp there. Even at trolls it's quite busy with destro farming there too.
Would it be possible to add more ~25-6 lvl mobs so there's more space to exp?

You can easily level doing SCs and RvR. Each keep take gives you 20k XP, the 150 kills quest gives other 20k, each BO gives around 12k i think, SC wins give around 10k+...

Me and a guildy both started at level 25 after today's level cap increase. We both got to rank 26 at the exact same time with the exact same class (Choppa), while he was busy leading sieges in RvR and I was farming Yetis in PvE. Both ways prove to be extremely efficient, it just depends on what method you'd prefer to take to get there.

However, the need for level 25+ NPCs is still there... As long as we don't have access to T3 zones, Destruction will be a step behind when it comes to making talismans. Everyone can get their scavenge up to 200 now with ease, but we're still stuck on level 134 talisman making; can't even level past 140 with crits, since we're using level 100 mats. The level 25+ mobs would allow Destruction to get level 125 mats, and hereby access higher tiers of talisman making with more ease, let's say 20+. Currently our max is 19+ IF we manage to crit a purple level 100 fragment, which is pretty unlikely.

A quick fix by raising a few NPC group's level would already make a lot of destruction happy. Do the same on order's side to increase their ability to farm outside Altdorf, and we'll have a balanced, loot plenty environment in which some PvErs can still enjoy themselves, while those looking to XP have the choice between doing so away from RvR combat or within it.

No need. Continue doing SC/RvR and you'll get there, the only thing you become better at is the RvR strategy and realizing it later.

T3 may be coming sooner then you think at the rate they are upping the cap we will be getting it before Christmas XD
