Seems the open RvR is going alot more strong now . Yesterday during a 8 hr play session I had only 6 SC pops total..ATM I am sitting on over a 100 medals and nothing to use em on.. Would love to see you add a vender that exchanges scout medals for scout emblems.. At least until the medal vender is up and has everything available... Keep up the great work..

1) Currently lvl 26 and T2 is the endgame. Things are supposed to go slow when it comes to getting to those items.

2 )If SCs didn't pop for you, they probably didn't pop for many people either.

3) See #2, people probably have as much emblems as you. So no big deal.

Just because there are some new items in the game does not mean you are supposed to get them in a few days. I have no problem with getting my SC weapos in 2-3 weeks.
