wasn't the really vanilla thing Decimator t1, Obliterator t2, Devastator t3, Annihilator early t4, Conq afterwards, invader, warlord and sov? Like, when t3 started at lvl 21, and t4 @ 31...?

Edit: And PVE sets were more or less on par with them (but with a different kind of stat-itemization and set bonuses usually suitable for different mastery paths)

I still remember being bummed by Annihilator set buffing brutality skills, which sucked big time back in the day. And Yea, Annihilator was DEFINITELY t4, because it unlocked the first ward thingies, that you needed at some point in WAR

Wards were for the dugions to rejuse the damage if u had no wards u got one shot by anything in that dungion there were 5 wards from helm.chest.gloves.legs and boots if dps had no ward would not be able to do damage it ur tank was not ward one shot oh it was all so the same for the lords in keeps and forts if u were not ward the aoe from fort lords would smash u when we when to a fort take we had a deadacated 6 man two mt and 4 healers just for the lord

This made tanks rilly usefull if thay were proply warded and could do there job also neted them a good loot roll from the keep and lord takes

Ahh i remember anni was t4 rvr keeps invader was forts warlord was for the main boss in the cap citys carl frans/tazank so anni to get invad to by or loot from keep invada to get warlord from fort loot role or by it and warlord to get sov from cap city boss instens or by it was a good system no short cuts

obligator is t3 set anni will be first t4 set like it should be on bar with the bastion stairs set forst t4 dungeon

So no sets for T2 ??

actually the pre 1.3..x system with the old city had his istance for warlord and sov was by last step by kill the king.

the new city system put

inv step 1
warlor step 2
sov step 3

fortress got deleted, and that was sad :/

but this was way before the 1.4.0 patch, i dont which system would be better.
