this would make ppl do it in sc rather than rvr, they should drop directly by player and not by quest.

As Tesq said, it won't solve rvr issues, everyone will go in sc's to complete them.

Maybe the Devs can split the quests.

Medallions from kills won't solve the issue unless the drop chance is high (50% per kill).
Remember that there will be more people rolling for a medallion, but anyways, if this is applied, I do agree that we should look for something that rewards kills in orvr too.

it will solve Soldier Medalions question.For rvr issues devs shuold bring old system maybe with keep ranks (stars) or samething like.I think people shuold do rvr anyways.With Renowh abilities people gets more reason capture keep for RR.

war95 1.4. star system it's way similar to this one exept that have no way to spread fight and and also make flags useless.
the only way to make flags relevant it's have a VP system and reward with lock not with keep.
Keep is just a harder Bo to conquer, the very fact that medallion were gave by conquer 1 keep is wrong x se, if medallions had gave by zone lock( this mean 4 bo + 2 keep and vp contribution from skirmish ) all of this farm would have not happened, also 3 zone open for the -->LF spread the zerg.

Make it a quest using one of the NPCs with kill quests already in the WC.
Easy implementation and it will reward what you really want to incentivize: direct RvR combat.

It's really simple:
Kill 25 players: 5 Soldier's Medallions + gold and xp
Kill 150 players: 35 Soldier's Medallions + gold and xp
This way, people who only have few hours to play and want to have a quick blast of action could do SC's AND at the same time progressing towards their devastator set.
The same goes for the ones who prefer SCing over oRvR.

Problem is that is is again encourages zerging- since while solo or in 6 man getting 25 kills takes time, spamming for example aoe heals semi afk in full wb in a large size fight allows you to finish those quests quote possibly several times per fight.
So you will end up with a 2+ full wbs from each side fighting in front of wc or near keep, with it going nowhere (except every 10 min players running to wc to quest giver).
